The boat has a bottom-book type (several sections of marine plywood glued together), which makes it much safer and more comfortable to move around. The model is made using PVC material with a density of 1100 g/m². Aerostats give the boat geometric stability. The seams of the inner cylinders of HARBO boats are all soldered and additional protective strips are glued on the top, which adds to the longevity of the boat. The material is resistant to UV rays, salt water, petrol, grease and maintains its properties at temperatures ranging from - 30°C to +70°C. The sides of the boat are protected against abrasion by a special rubber side guard, a protective rubber strip on the sides and an additional handle on the front for easy carrying. BT model boats are equipped with a fixed transom. The comfortable, sliding benches are very sturdy and made of high-quality waterproof board. The boat is dark green in colour, so it is not greasy and reflects the sun's rays well. All HARBO boats are tested for 48 to 72 hours before being packed, which guarantees the airtightness of the cylinders and the watertightness of the boat bottom. The boat can be used with petrol or electric motors and has paddles on the sides.
